Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Manager to lead client engagements across a portfolio, delivering strategic value on the ServiceNow platform. You will empower teams, drive workshops, and contribute to sales with technical and functional expertise.

You will collaborate with UKI, EMEA and Global teams, coach others, and ensure high-quality outcomes while managing deadlines and stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing ServiceNow and delivering to deadlines.
• CMDB / CSDM or Security experience in ServiceNow.
• ServiceNow Certified Administrator with CIS in one or more modules.
• People management experience and ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
• Proven track record delivering real and sustainable ServiceNow solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a range of ServiceNow projects and initiatives to deliver value for clients.
• Facilitate workshops and 1-2-1 sessions to uncover client challenges and demonstrate solutions.
• Develop and contribute technically and functionally to solutions and sales.
• Coach and develop the delivery team to achieve high-quality outcomes.
• Set up and lead ways of working to ensure on-time, collaborative delivery.
• Maintain assurance standards throughout the development lifecycle.
