Job summary

GSK is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Architect to lead technical standards across the ServiceNow Platform and enterprise tools. You will enable engineers through patterns, guardrails and coaching while aligning with enterprise architecture direction.

In this senior role, you’ll provide design assurance, craft reusable capability, and partner with Platform and Product managers to reduce technical debt and raise engineering craft across the organization.

Qualifications

• Degree in technology or engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Three+ years producing reference architectures or standards.
• Hands-on depth in cloud, network or digital workplace.
• Experience running design assurance or architecture reviews.
• Experience designing secure and compliant solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define reference architectures, patterns and standards for the platform.
• Design AI into the platform with reference patterns for delivery.
• Architect for reliability and resilience with achievable SLOs.
• Provide design assurance and technical guidance to engineering teams.
• Ensure platform solutions are secure and compliant, including GxP as needed.
• Evaluate new technologies and measure against architecture OKRs.
• Set architecture standards for supplier and managed-service solutions.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture on standards and roadmaps.
• Increase pattern reuse and track adoption across teams.
