Job summary

Prodapt is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Architect to design, govern, and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions that align with enterprise objectives. This role provides technical leadership across platform architecture, integrations, and modernization initiatives.

You will lead cross-functional teams, establish development standards, mentor junior architects, and drive governance, security, and automation to ensure reliable deployments and ongoing platform improvement.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT experience.
• 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experience.
• Proven experience as Technical Architect or Senior Solution Architect for enterprise ServiceNow implementations.
• Experience delivering large-scale ServiceNow transformation programs.
• Strong expertise in platform customization, integration, and workflow automation.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Define platform architecture, integration patterns, data models, and technical roadmaps.
• Lead architectural reviews and governance for ServiceNow implementations.
• Mentor junior architects and development teams on platform best practices.
• Drive technical innovation and continuous platform improvement.
