Job Description:

A global business and technology transformation partner is looking to hire a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist to join their new team.

Note: Candidates who require company support to legally live and work in the UK cannot be considered for this role.

Requirements: To be appointed, you must obtain Security Check (SC) clearance, which requires residing continuously in the UK for the last 5 years.

Responsibilities:

• Technical Development: Design and develop ServiceNow workflow solutions, including Customer Experience, Technology Experience, and Employee Experience applications.
• User Experience: Build intuitive user interfaces using ServiceNow's Experience Layer, UI Builder, and Service Portal.
• Integration and Data Management: Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via APIs and manage data migration and integrity.

Required Experience:

• Proven expertise in ServiceNow platform, focusing on relevant workflows.
• Understanding of customer journey and employee lifecycle touchpoints.
• Experience in system integration and data management.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Additional Details:

This role is remote/flexible within the UK, with occasional office visits.

Hiring process involves two steps.

Salary: Up to £75,000 annually DOE.
