Job Description:

A global business and technology transformation partner is looking to hire a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist to join their brand new team.

WARNING: Candidates who require company support to legally live and work in the UK cannot be considered.

To be successfully appointed, you must obtain Security Check (SC) clearance, which requires residing continuously within the UK for the last 5 years.

Responsibilities include:

• Design and develop solutions for ServiceNow workflow applications, including:
• Customer Experience Workflow Applications: Customer Service Management (CSM), Field Service Management, Customer Service Portal
• Technology Experience Workflow Applications: IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Asset Management (ITAM)
• Employee Experience Workflow Applications: HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Employee Onboarding and Transitions, Workplace Service Delivery

User Experience: Utilize ServiceNow's Experience Layer components to build modern, intuitive user interfaces, including configuring and enhancing the Next Experience UI, using UI Builder and Service Portal for role-based dashboards and workflows.

Integration and Data Management: Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub, manage data migration, and ensure data integrity across modules and systems.

Required Experience:

• Proven experience with ServiceNow platform, focusing on customer, technology, and employee workflows.
• Deep understanding of customer journey and employee lifecycle touchpoints.
• Expertise in integrating ServiceNow with external systems.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Role is remote/flexible UK-wide, with occasional visits to the nearest office.

Salary: up to £75,000 annually DOE.
