Job Description:

A global business and technology transformation partner is looking to hire a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist to join their team.

Note: Candidates who require company support to legally live and work in the UK cannot be considered. To be appointed, the candidate must obtain Security Check (SC) clearance and have resided continuously in the UK for the last 5 years.

Responsibilities include:

• Design and develop solutions for ServiceNow workflow applications, including Customer Experience, Technology Experience, and Employee Experience workflows.
• Utilize ServiceNow's Experience Layer components to build modern, intuitive user interfaces, configure the Next Experience UI, and use UI Builder and Service Portal for role-based dashboards and workflows.
• Integrate ServiceNow applications with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub, manage data migration, and ensure data integrity across systems.

Required experience:

• Proven expertise with the ServiceNow platform, focusing on relevant workflows.
• Deep understanding of customer journey and employee lifecycle touchpoints.
• Skills in integrating ServiceNow with external systems.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Role is remote/flexible UK-wide, with occasional visits to the nearest office. The hiring process involves two steps. Salary up to £75,000 annually DOE. This is a full-time direct hire position (B2B contracts are not available).
