Job Description:

A global business and technology transformation partner is looking to hire a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist to join their new team.

Note: Candidates who require company support to legally live and work in the UK cannot be considered for this role.

Requirement: To be appointed, the candidate must obtain Security Check (SC) clearance and have resided continuously in the UK for the last 5 years.

Responsibilities:

• Technical Development: Design and develop solutions for ServiceNow workflow applications, including Customer Experience (CSM, Field Service, Customer Service Portal), Technology Experience (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM), and Employee Experience (HRSD, onboarding, workplace delivery).
• User Experience: Use ServiceNow's Experience Layer to build intuitive interfaces, configure Next Experience UI, and use UI Builder and Service Portal for dashboards and workflows.
• Integration and Data Management: Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub, manage data migration, and ensure data integrity across systems.

Experience required:

• Proven ServiceNow expertise in customer, technology, and employee workflows.
• Deep understanding of customer journey and employee lifecycle touchpoints.
• Skills in integrating ServiceNow with external systems.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Additional details: Role is remote/flexible UK-wide, with occasional office visits. Two-step hiring process. Salary up to £75,000 DOE. Full-time direct hire only (no B2B).
