Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD consultant to join the Employee Experience and HR practice. You will deliver advisory and hands-on delivery for global HR transformations using ServiceNow, working with SN BA's and developers.

You will contribute to solution design, engage with customers, and support workshops and engagements across client engagements worldwide.

Qualifications

• Certified ServiceNow professional or HR product owner experience.
• Awareness of ServiceNow HRSD; CIS HRSD/CIS ITSM certifications a plus.
• Experience enabling HR tech, enterprise service management or digital transformation.
• Solid understanding of how tech supports business outcomes and user experience.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow concepts: workflows, playbooks, portals, knowledge, case mgmt.

Responsibilities

• Develop ServiceNow solution recommendations under senior guidance.
• Gather requirements, write user stories, workshop outputs and solution docs.
• Keep solutions aligned to customer needs and ServiceNow best practices.
• Assist with demonstrations and explain platform capabilities to customers.
