Qualifications

• Understanding HR operations and employee lifecycle is important.
• Familiarity with HR case management, knowledge management, and service catalog is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Analyze HR processes and capture requirements for HRSD solutions.
• Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria with guidance from senior staff.
• Assist with requirements validation workshops and documentation.
• Support communication between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
• Contribute to proposal content and customer engagements where applicable.
