Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to lead HRSD delivery. You will drive end-to-end project outcomes, coordinating governance, resourcing and risk management while aligning business priorities with platform capabilities.

You’ll partner with senior stakeholders and SMEs, facilitating ceremonies and ensuring successful delivery of HRSD solutions across global programmes.

Qualifications

• ServiceNow accreditations including HR foundations.
• Experience leading large global HRSD/HRIS projects.
• Proven project management experience with Jira, MS Project and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow projects on time and within scope.
• Manage governance, resourcing, financials and reporting across delivery lifecycles.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and facilitate solution and design discussions.
• Advise clients on ServiceNow HRSD features and best practices.
