Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to lead HRSD delivery. You will drive end-to-end project delivery, oversight of planning, governance and reporting, and collaborate with senior stakeholders and delivery teams to achieve outcomes.

Leverage your ServiceNow HRSD expertise to advise clients, guide design discussions, and coordinate with functional/technical experts for high-impact digital transformations. Hybrid UK role.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering ServiceNow HRSD and HRIS implementations.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end project delivery with governance, planning and reporting.
• Strong understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow projects; ensure on-time, on-scope delivery.
• Manage project planning, governance, resourcing, financials and reporting.
• Facilitate ceremonies and maintain clear stakeholder communication.
