Job summary

Capgemini Invent in the UK is seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD consultant to join the Employee Experience and HR practice. You will drive client advisory and delivery ownership, enabling HR organisations through ServiceNow solutions and large-scale transformations.

You will collaborate with ServiceNow BAs and developers for global clients and contribute to solution design, workshops and follow-up analysis in a leading transformation organisation.

Qualifications

• Completed ServiceNow certification, Certified System Administrator OR HR product owner/enablement role.
• Awareness of ServiceNow HRSD capabilities with related CIS certifications or in-progress development.
• Experience supporting ServiceNow, HR tech, ESM or digital transformation projects.
• Understanding of how technology supports business outcomes, user experience and operating models.

Responsibilities

• Develop ServiceNow solution recommendations under guidance of senior consultants or architects.
• Contribute to business process analysis, requirements gathering, user stories and solution documentation.
• Ensure proposed solutions align with customer needs, outcomes and best practice.
• Support demonstrations and workshops to help customers understand ServiceNow capabilities.
