Job summary

Capgemini Invent seeks an SC-cleared, experienced ServiceNow HR Business Analyst to join the Employee Experience & HR practice in the UK. You will support HRSD solutions on ServiceNow, translating business needs into requirements and user stories, while acting as a bridge between customers and delivery teams.

You will contribute to process mapping, case management, employee portals and knowledge management, with focus on HR service delivery and improvements across HR operations.

Qualifications

• Existing SC Clearance or eligibility – UK national with 5 years continuous residence.
• ServiceNow CIS HRSD certification required.
• Beneficial add-ons: CIS ITSM, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.

Responsibilities

• HR process and requirements analysis.
• Partner with HR teams to understand processes and pain points.
• Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria and designs.
• Support ServiceNow HRSD delivery and demonstrations to customers.
• Assist with workshops, validation activities and documentation.
• Define platform strategies and roadmaps with clients.
