Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager for ServiceNow in the UKI region to lead strategic change and solutions on the ServiceNow platform for a portfolio of clients. You will drive delivery, governance and insights, balancing client expectations with development capacity.

You will coach teams, facilitate workshops, and collaborate across UKI, EMEA and Global EY teams to deliver sustainable ServiceNow solutions and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Previous technical and architectural experience of ServiceNow.
• ServiceNow CMDB / CSDM or Security experience.
• Proven track record of implementing ServiceNow, delivering to deadlines and milestones.
• ServiceNow Certified Administrator with CIS in one or more ServiceNow modules.
• Demonstrable evidence of delivering real and sustainable ServiceNow solutions.
• Some experience of people management and ability to manage different types of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of ServiceNow projects and initiatives to deliver value for clients.
• Facilitate workshops and sessions to understand client challenges and demonstrate potential solutions.
• Develop technically and functionally to support solutions and sales.
• Guide the development team within client organisations to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Set up and lead ways of working to ensure efficient, inclusive project delivery.
• Maintain assurance standards throughout the development lifecycle.
• Meet deadlines individually or as a team leader and build client relationships.
• Collaborate with UKI, EMEA and Global teams and share knowledge and practices.
• Coach and develop others, acting as a positive role model.
