Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager for ServiceNow in the UKI region. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, drive digital transformation via the ServiceNow platform, and engage with clients to deliver strategic solutions.

The role emphasizes governance, solution design, and mentorship within a dynamic, inclusive environment. You will oversee complex ServiceNow implementations, CMDB/CSDM projects, and security-related modules while coordinating with UKI, EMEA, and Global teams to ensure successful outcomes

Responsibilities

Lead a range of projects/initiatives on the ServiceNow platform to deliver value and outcomes
Facilitate workshops and 1-2-1 sessions to understand client challenges and demonstrate solutions
Develop and contribute technically and functionally to solutions and sales
Lead and support development teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
Set up and lead ways of working to ensure timely delivery and quality
Provide assurance standards throughout the development lifecycle
Meet deadlines individually or as part of a team leader
Build relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive engagement
Participate in knowledge sharing and cross-team collaboration
Coach and develop others within the team
