Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow-focused Manager to support digital transformation initiatives on the ServiceNow platform for a portfolio of clients. You will lead strategic solutions, guide delivery and engage with stakeholders to ensure outcomes align with client priorities.

You will facilitate workshops, drive development efforts, and collaborate with UKI, EMEA and Global teams to deliver high-quality outcomes and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Previous technical and architectural experience of ServiceNow.
• ServiceNow CMDB / CSDM or ServiceNow Security experience.
• Proven track record delivering ServiceNow solutions by deadline and milestones.
• Experience with people management and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead a range of projects to deliver value on the ServiceNow platform.
• Facilitate workshops and 1-2-1 sessions with clients to understand challenges and outcomes.
• Develop and contribute technically and functionally to solutions and sales.
• Lead and support development teams within customer environments to achieve outcomes.
• Set up and lead ways of working to ensure delivery is inclusive, positive and energetic.
• Provide assurance standards throughout the development lifecycle.
• Meet deadlines individually or as part of a team lead.
• Build relationships with clients to impact engagements positively.
• Participate in knowledge sharing with UKI, EMEA and Global teams.
• Coach and develop others and act as a role model.
