Job summary

ServiceNow Delivery Manager role open for senior professionals to lead enterprise ServiceNow engagements and ensure delivery against commitments. The position requires strong governance, budget control, and cross-functional coordination with delivery, practice, finance and commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Experience managing ServiceNow projects and enterprise engagements.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and Platform workflows.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow solution design, architecture and integrations.
• Experience leading large and complex delivery teams and client engagements.
• Strong project management, governance, scheduling and risk management expertise.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and SOW commitments.
• Experience conducting workshops and defining current and future state solutions.
• Understanding of using AI within workflows, decision making and process improvement.
• Strong customer and senior stakeholder management skills.
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD or CIS.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex ServiceNow engagements from initiation through to successful delivery.
• Manage delivery against SOW, budget, milestones and customer outcomes.
• Establish governance, manage risks and issues and drive effective decision making.
• Oversee resource planning and scheduling across multiple client engagements.
• Act as a key customer contact for delivery, resourcing, scheduling and commercial queries.
• Monitor engagement health, consultant performance, utilisation and financial performance.
• Identify scope changes and support Change Order processes where required.
• Work with delivery, practice, finance and commercial teams across the engagement portfolio.
