Job summary

adesso UK is seeking an experienced ServiceNow DevOps Delivery Lead to guide a London-based team of 6–8 and coordinate with client, supplier and third party groups to keep the ServiceNow platform stable and scalable.

This senior, hands-on role combines technical delivery governance with stakeholder management, prioritising incidents, changes and enhancements in line with business priorities and driving continuous improvement across the DevOps lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading enterprise-scale DevOps functions.
• Hands-on delivery governance with senior stakeholder engagement.
• Strong ServiceNow expertise across development, operations, release and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and coordination across the ServiceNow DevOps function to meet platform objectives.
• Lead a team of six to eight, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Prioritise platform demand including incidents, changes and enhancements per business priorities.
• Oversee end-to-end DevOps lifecycle from CI/CD pipelines to deployment processes and governance.
• Assess and refine the DevOps operating model with automation, monitoring and standardisation.
• Establish governance forums, reporting structures and stakeholder engagement to support decision making.
• Act as senior liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to align priorities, risks and outcomes.
• Define, monitor and improve delivery KPIs and operational metrics for continuous optimisation.
