Consult in London seeks an experienced SACM Consultant to join a major financial institution. Hybrid London location, responsible for SACM governance, CMDB health, and data quality, with hands-on ServiceNow CMDB, CSDM, discovery and service mapping.

You will work on CI attributes, relationships, remediation, audits, and compliance, collaborating with ITIL teams to maintain accurate CMDB data and support IT service management across applications and infrastructure.

Competenze

• Experience with SACM governance and CMDB data quality.
• Hands-on ServiceNow CMDB, CSDM, discovery and mapping.
• Strong ITIL/ITSM background and governance experience.

Mansioni

• Lead SACM governance across CI classes and data quality.
• Implement discovery, service mapping and data remediation.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure accuracy of CMDB.
• Audit configurations and ensure compliance with standards.

We are looking for an experienced SACM (Service Asset & Configuration Management) Consultant for a leading financial institution.

Location: London, UK – Hybrid

Engagement: FTE / 6-Month Contract
