Job summary

Falcon Smart IT (FalconSmartIT) is seeking a Configuration Management professional to own SACM policies, standards, processes and governance across the organization.

You will govern the CMDB and CMS, define CIs and service mappings to provide visibility of dependencies and drive ServiceNow discovery, service mapping, and data quality. Lead end-to-end SACM lifecycle including audits and compliance to ensure accurate configuration data.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain SACM policies, standards, processes, and governance frameworks.
• Own and govern the CMDB and CMS, ensuring accurate, complete, and trusted configuration data across the organization.
• Define, manage, and maintain Configuration Items, attributes, relationships and service mappings to provide visibility of dependencies across services and infra.
• Expertise in managing CMDB health and data models using the ServiceNow CSDM framework to drive service-aware governance.
• Lead the end-to-end SACM lifecycle, including planning, identification, control, status accounting, verification and audit of data.
• Establish and optimize CI data maintenance processes using discovery tools, integrations, automation and controlled manual updates.
• Manage configuration governance, assurance and compliance activities, including audits and remediation of data quality issues.
• Provide governance and oversight of configuration compliance, audit, and CI attestation activities, ensuring data remains accurate and auditable.
• Drive adoption of ServiceNow, discovery and service mapping capabilities to improve automation and resilience.
