The ideal candidate will have strong experience in ServiceNow architecture, proven delivery of scalable solutions, and deep understanding of platform data structures. Qualifications

• Strong ServiceNow architecture experience across multiple modules.
• Proven delivery of scalable, enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions.
• Deep understanding of CSDM, CMDB, and platform data structures.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end architecture of the ServiceNow platform.
• Define and enforce design standards, patterns, and governance.
• Ensure platform health, performance, and upgrade readiness.

Skills

Strong ServiceNow architecture experience across multiple modules

Proven delivery of scalable, enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions

Deep understanding of CSDM, CMDB, and platform data structures

Experience designing and delivering integrations (REST APIs, cloud platforms)

Experience managing platform upgrades, performance, and technical debt

Practical experience applying AI capabilities within ServiceNow

Ability to operate as the senior technical authority in a small team

Data foundations – mandatory

Certified technical architect – desirable
