• Design and implement advanced ServiceNow solutions across key areas such as asset management, portfolio management, operations, and risk.
• Bridge the gap between business goals and platform capabilities, ensuring every solution delivers measurable value while providing technical governance and oversight across complex ServiceNow programs.
• Develop technical specifications, architecture blueprints, integration patterns, and solution roadmaps for complex enterprise environments.
