Job summary

Deerfoot Recruitment Solutions in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to drive design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations across ITSM, ITOM and HRSD. You will mentor development teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and stay aligned with ServiceNow releases to support ongoing digital transformation programs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in ServiceNow architecture and development.
• Strong background in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions across modules.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
• ServiceNow CAD and/or CIS certifications desirable; equivalent practical experience considered.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable designs.
• Oversee configuration and customization of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD).
• Ensure architectural consistency and best practices across ServiceNow platforms.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams.
• Keep abreast of ServiceNow releases and emerging capabilities to support ongoing innovation.

Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements:

• We need proven experience in ServiceNow architecture and development.
• We need a strong background in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules.
• We need knowledge of JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
• ServiceNow CAD and/or CIS certifications are desirable, although equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
• We need excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
