Qualifications

• Strong ServiceNow architecture experience across multiple modules.
• Proven delivery of scalable, enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions.
• Deep understanding of CSDM, CMDB, and platform data structures.
• Experience designing and delivering integrations (REST APIs, cloud platforms).
• Experience managing platform upgrades, performance, and technical debt.
• Practical experience applying AI capabilities within ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end architecture of the ServiceNow platform.
• Define and enforce design standards, patterns, and governance.
• Ensure platform health, performance, and upgrade readiness.
• Act as the technical lead on client demand and internal initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into structured, deliverable solutions.

Skills
