Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to design, develop, and govern ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD and more. You’ll lead architecture efforts, mentor the team and ensure architectural alignment with client requirements.

You will operate in a hybrid model across Capgemini offices, client sites, and home, with UK-wide opportunities and security considerations in scope. Capgemini champions inclusion and wellbeing as core values.

Qualifications

• Experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.
• Experience designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions across various modules.
• ServiceNow CAD and CIS certifications are preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather and translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations.
• Oversee configuration and customization of ServiceNow applications (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and others).
• Develop and maintain the overall architecture of ServiceNow platforms, ensuring integrity and consistency across modules.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the ServiceNow development team.
• Stay up to date with ServiceNow releases and enhancements to leverage best features and drive innovation.
