Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead design, development and implementation of ServiceNow solutions aligned with ITSM best practices. You will collaborate with stakeholders to define architecture, create scalable solutions and integrate with existing systems.

You will provide technical authority, mentor teams, and champion AI/automation capabilities within ServiceNow to optimise processes and drive innovation across public and private sectors.

Qualifications

• Expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and integrations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep knowledge of platform products, capabilities and best practices.
• Familiar with Agile methodologies and PI planning.
• Knowledge of AI/ML and automation in ServiceNow.
