Qualifications

• Experience in ServiceNow development and architecture across modules.
• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions including ITSM/ITOM/HRSD.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS; CAD/CIS certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into designs.
• Lead design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions including integrations.
• Oversee configuration and customization of ServiceNow apps (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD).
• Develop and maintain the overall architecture across ServiceNow modules.
• Provide technical guidance to the development team and ensure successful delivery.
• Stay up to date with ServiceNow releases to leverage new features.
