Job summary

Trust In SODA is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to design and deliver enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions for major UK organisations. You will work with stakeholders, development teams, and automation specialists to drive digital transformation and optimise business processes.

The role offers UK-wide hybrid working, opportunities to gain ServiceNow CAD/CIS certifications, and clear career progression within a global consultancy.

Qualifications

• Experience in ServiceNow Architecture & Solution Design
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD
• Experience with Integrations & Custom Applications
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Strong technical leadership & stakeholder management
• ServiceNow CAD/CIS Certifications (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver ServiceNow solutions that enhance business processes and user experiences.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, and automation specialists to drive innovation across customer platforms.
• Lead technical design efforts and define integration strategies for enterprise-scale deployments.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members on ServiceNow best practices.
