Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead design, development and implementation of ServiceNow solutions aligned with ITSM best practices. You will collaborate with stakeholders to define architecture, create scalable solutions and integrate with existing systems.

You will provide technical authority, mentor teams, and champion AI/automation capabilities within ServiceNow to optimise processes and drive innovation across public and private sectors.

Job description

The ServiceNow Solution Architect will lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions that align with business requirements and IT service management best practices. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to define technical architecture, creating scalable solutions, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. The architect will serve as the technical authority, providing thought leadership and guidance on leveraging the ServiceNow platform to optimise processes, improve efficiency, and drive innovation.

• Expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, including module Customer Service Management, Application Scopes, Data Model, development, and integration and deployment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid understand of ServiceNow as a platform and the product capabilities and best practices.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in participating in PI planning.
• Knowledge of AI/ML and automation capabilities within ServiceNow.
• Certification in ServiceNow (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist -CSM, Certified Application Developer).
• Understanding of AI capabilities and how these can be implemented within a public sector governance framework
