Job summary

Qualifications

• ServiceNow certifications required (CSA, ITSM, HRSD; CTA/CMA beneficial).
• Experience with large global ServiceNow implementations or multiple end-to-end deployments.
• Deep technical knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and design.
• Ability to demonstrate ServiceNow HR/AI features to clients.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture and design for ServiceNow implementations.
• Produce technical design documentation aligned with client requirements and platform best practices.
• Lead end-to-end engagements with delivery governance and stakeholder management.
• Drive responses to RFPs and RFIs, and deliver winning client presentations.
