Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to advance client delivery through design, implementation, and guidance across ServiceNow modules and integrations. You will help shape architecture, standards, and best practices while engaging with bids and client proposals.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to operate across hybrid environments including offices, client sites, and home-based work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.
• Broad experience designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions across modules.
• Ability to contribute to bids and client proposals with design input.

Responsibilities

• Establish and enforce systems design and architectural standards across the delivery lifecycle.
• Provide input to the design of ServiceNow-based solutions as Architect or Design Authority.
• Contribute to bids and present proposals to potential clients.
• Bring thought leadership and innovative solution ideas to clients and bids.
