ServiceNow Architect CSM focus Portal

Contract

FULL REMOTE FROM (UK, France, Poland, Portugal, Spain)

Seeking an experienced CSM architect to support transversal design topics, with a focus on OnePortal integration between Adobe and ServiceNow. Expertise in CSM Portal and integrations is required.

Technical & Functional Experience:

• Good knowledge of CSDM
• Excellent product roadmap awareness
• Strong knowledge of Workspaces, UI Builder, Flow Designer
• Experience with integrations with 3rd party tools (scripted APIs and Integration Hub)
• Deep understanding of the ServiceNow Platform and its core features (main applications, shared capabilities, CMDB)
• Portal management and customization skills
• Practical experience with CSM, data exchange between Portal, CSM Portal, and Service Catalog definition and setup
• 10+ years Hands-on ServiceNow experience with 3+ years on CSM & CSM Portal.
• Designing and prototyping skills, transforming ideas into solutions leveraging SN product capabilities
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex topics to a non-IT audience, active listening, and supportive attitude
• Proactive approach: propose help and assistance in design activities, identify room for improvement, and seek optimizations
• Team player: willing to support and assist when needed
