ServiceNow Architect CSM focus Portal

Contract

FULL REMOTE FROM (UK, France, Poland, Portugal, Spain)

We are seeking an experienced CSM architect to support transversal design topics, with a special focus on OnePortal integration between Adobe and ServiceNow. The candidate should have expertise in CSM Portal and integrations.

Technical & Functional Experience:

• Good knowledge of CSDM
• Excellent product roadmap awareness
• Strong knowledge of Workspaces, UI Builder, Flow Designer
• Experience with integrations with 3rd party tools (scripted APIs and Integration Hub)
• Deep knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform and its core features (main applications, shared capabilities, CMDB)
• Portal management and customization skills
• Practical experience with CSM, data exchange between Portal, CSM Portal, Service Catalog definition and setup
• 10+ years hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including 3+ years on CSM & CSM Portal
• Designing and prototyping skills, transforming ideas into solutions leveraging SN product capabilities
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex topics to a non-IT audience, active listening, and a supportive attitude
• Proactive approach: proposing help and assistance in design activities, detecting room for improvement, and seeking optimizations
• Team player: willing to support and jump in when needed, especially during complex situations
