Job summary

Marshall Volkswagen Loughton, part of Marshall Motor Group, is seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our aftersales team. You'll carry out servicing and maintenance on a range of vehicles, including diagnostic, warranty and repair work, with state-of-the-art facilities.

Qualifications

• Recognised Level 3 qualification (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent).
• Experience as a Service Technician/Mechanic with exposure to warranty and servicing work.
• MOT licence is a plus – full training can be provided if not yet qualified.
• Customer‑centric, can‑do attitude with a focus on safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing and maintenance on a range of vehicles, including diagnostic, warranty and repair work.
• Handle a variety of vehicle maintenance tasks from oil changes to cambelt changes, with digital write‑ups.
• Conduct electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs) in line with Marshall standards.

+ Most importantly, someone eager to learn as this role will test you, but also help you develop and progress within your Mechanic careers with our manufacturer accreditation training.

+ Someone with a recognised Level 3 qualification (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent). + Someone with previous experience as a Service Technician/Mechanic, ideally with exposure to both warranty and servicing work. + Someone with strong teamwork skills, who follows process and upholds high standards of safety and quality. + Someone with a MOT Licence is a plus - full training can be provided if not yet qualified., We want to hear from people with a customer-centric, can-do attitude who are ready to drive their career - and our company - forward.
