Job summary

Brightwell is seeking a Service & Systems Administrator in Chesterfield to provide day-to-day service and support across the business. You will triage defects, manage access to admin applications, and assist with internal audits affecting the Administration Platform Team.

You'll work with a cross-functional team, delivering timely responses, and producing monthly ticket and change-trend reports. The role requires a proactive, professional approach and strong Excel skills to support business

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technical support to end users of software applications.
• Knowledge of service management systems to classify, track and resolve software service tickets.

Responsibilities

• Triage and action business support queries, escalating as needed to meet service levels.
• Manage staff access to administrative applications for new starters, Leavers and changes.
• Support aspects of the annual internal audit in line with requirements.
• Organise and prioritise the open defects and change requests.
• Provide monthly reporting of ticket volumes, types and trends.
