Job summary

Brightwell is seeking experienced DB pension administrators to join our fast-paced team. You will service scheme members, communicate clearly, and process casework accurately in line with scheme rules and pensions legislation.

You will maintain our pensions administration systems, contribute ideas for improvement, and support the team as we implement new schemes and transitions. This role offers hybrid working, a competitive salary, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience administering a defined benefit pension scheme.
• Up-to-date understanding of relevant UK pension legislation.
• Excellent communication skills, adaptable to different audiences.
• Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills with high attention to detail.
• Good organisation and workload management.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class service to pension scheme members, communicating in writing and verbally, and processing casework accurately.
• Maintain pension administration systems and databases.
• Contribute to the team and suggest improvements.
• Document work processes and support other Member Services colleagues.
• Assist in implementing new pension schemes and transitions.
