We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Supervisor to join a prestigious independent automotive centre in Knutsford, Cheshire.

Our client is a leading specialist garage renowned for working with luxury and performance vehicles, offering an excellent platform for career progression within a dynamic and growing environment.

As the Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the front‑of‑house operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle collection.

You will oversee workshop bookings, quotations, invoicing, and support workshop efficiency.

Additionally, you will identify upselling opportunities, contribute to business growth through sales, and support marketing efforts, including content creation for social media platforms.

• Competitive basic salary of £38,000 to £40,000 per annum
• Quarterly performance bonus and profit share based on business success
• Monday to Friday, 8am to 5:30pm, with no weekends

• Lead customer journey management from initial enquiry to vehicle collection
• Manage workshop bookings, estimates, and invoicing
• Support workshop workflow and efficiency
• Drive sales through follow-ups, rebooking, upselling services, and vehicle upgrades
• Assist with marketing activities, including social media content creation to enhance brand engagement
• Maintain high standards of organisation and ensure accurate invoicing to maximise workshop profitability
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers Requirements of a Service Supervisor:
• Proven experience in a customer‑facing automotive role, ideally as a Service Advisor or Service Supervisor
• Minimum of three years' experience within the automotive industry, with a focus on customer service
• Strong knowledge of workshop processes and management software
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
• Organisational and administrative competence
• Commercial awareness with a proactive approach to sales
• Competent in using social media platforms for marketing purposes
• Full UK Driving Licence
