Job summary

Confidential is recruiting a Scheduler/Planner in Glasgow to coordinate engineers' workloads and keep daily diaries up to date. The role focuses on delivering reliable service, maintaining records, and supporting the wider team in a fast-paced environment.

You'll liaise with field-based electricians, customers and colleagues, with flexibility around working hours and the potential for one day working from home. Prior scheduling/coordination experience is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling, planning, service coordination or a helpdesk environment.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong administration and data management skills.
• Experience with Cimpro is advantageous but not essential.
