Job summary

Office Angels UK is seeking a Scheduler / Planner in Glasgow East to coordinate engineers and ensure timely service delivery. Join a friendly, family-run business with a close-knit team and a strong reputation.

You will schedule engineers, update diaries, support the wider team, and maintain records. The role runs 8am-4pm, with free on-site parking and potential for one day working from home for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in scheduling, planning or helpdesk environments.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong administration and data management skills.
• Experience with Cimpro is an advantage but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and coordinating engineers' workloads.
• Managing and updating daily diaries.
• Supporting the smooth delivery of services.
• Maintaining accurate records and data.
• Providing helpdesk support and responding to queries.
• Liaising with field-based engineers, customers, and colleagues.
