Job summary

The Sovini Group is seeking an organized scheduler to coordinate and optimise operative schedules for repairs and maintenance in the United Kingdom. You will work closely with customers, operatives, supervisors and service teams to schedule, monitor and close appointments accurately, while communicating proactively about delays and service demands.

• Experience coordinating schedules and appointments within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational and communication skills suitable for customer-facing work.
• Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and optimise operative schedules to ensure repairs and maintenance appointments are delivered efficiently.
• Work with customers, operatives, supervisors, subcontractors and customer service teams to schedule and monitor appointments.
• Manage diary changes, respond to service demands and ensure jobs are completed and closed accurately.
• Proactively communicate with customers about appointments and delays; monitor performance and KPIs.
• Process authorised works, order materials and maintain accurate records; provide admin support.
• Remain highly organised, customer-focused and ensure health & safety compliance while managing priorities.
