Job summary

Anderson Recruitment Ltd based in Barnwood, Gloucester is seeking a Service Support professional to join the team on a full-time basis. You will handle customer order enquiries via email and telephone, ensuring efficient processing and accurate logging of repair and spare parts orders.

Qualifications

• Some prior office experience is beneficial.
• Strong customer service experience is advantageous.
• Training will be provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Process customer service enquiries received via email and telephone
• Accurately logging service, repair and spare parts orders
• Monitor service, repair and maintenance orders, proactively chasing parts and engineer attendance where required
• Prepare and process customer quotations for repair work and spare parts
• Maintain accurate customer data within ERP systems
• Manage and update third-party service portals
• Build strong product and company knowledge through training
