• Fluent in English with excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience within cyber security or with cyber vendors.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills with data interpretation capabilities.
• Experience in data mapping, validation, and audits.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the timely renewal of service contracts.
• Produce reports for Sales teams on renewals and track metrics.
• Support account managers with key account renewals.
• Communicate information to vendors for contract alignment.
• Validate accuracy of service agreement data.
