Job summary

Atlas Copco in Uddingston is seeking a Service Planner to coordinate service activities from start to finish, ensuring customers receive a smooth, efficient experience while supporting our field service engineers day to day.

You will plan, schedule, allocate service orders, check parts availability, communicate with customers, track progress and liaise with internal teams to resolve queries and prioritise requests.

• Experience in planning, administration or coordination.

We’re looking for a Service Planner to join our team in Uddingston. In this role, you’ll coordinate service activities from start to finish, ensuring customers receive a smooth, efficient experience while supporting our field service engineers day to day.

• Planning and scheduling service work to meet customer needs and deadlines
• Creating, allocating, and releasing service orders to engineers
• Ensuring parts and resources are available ahead of visits
