Job summary

Donnelly Group is seeking a proactive Customer Service Coordinator in Bangor to link customers with the Workshop team. You’ll coordinate service bookings, manage parts enquiries and keep customers informed through their vehicle journey.

Role involves handling parts orders, billing and supporting warranty processes. Previous automotive experience is advantageous, with full training provided and opportunities for progression within a long‑standing Northern Ireland retailer.

Qualifications

• Full valid driving licence is required.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills.
• Strong teamworking ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, online bookings and face-to-face.
• Schedule service appointments and manage vehicle drop-offs and collections.
• Liaise between customers and technicians regarding vehicle requirements and timelines.
• Advise on vehicle parts pricing, availability and delivery times.
• Manage parts orders, stock levels and returns with up-to-date records.
• Coordinate with Workshop to ensure parts availability for scheduled work.
• Support warranty claims and administration per manufacturer requirements.
• Promote relevant products and services where appropriate.
• Process sales and payments accurately and maintain customer relationships.
