Donnelly Group in Dungannon is seeking a proactive Customer Service Coordinator for our Jaguar Land Rover Retailer of the Year team. You will act as the main liaison between customers and the service department, ensuring clear communication of vehicle issues, repair progress, and timelines.

We value customer-focused individuals who can maintain professionalism, build relationships, and contribute to sales through proactive service recommendations. Driving duties may be involved.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in a customer-facing or administrative role.
• Knowledge of vehicle parts would be advantageous.
• Proven ability to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills.
• Computer literacy and Kerridge knowledge preferable.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service through professional communication via phone, online bookings, and face-to-face interactions.
• Schedule and manage service appointments, including vehicle drop-offs and collections.
• Liaise between customers and technicians to ensure clear communication on issues, progress, and timelines.
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process and ensure timely completion.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Promote and recommend relevant products, services, packages, and retail options.
• Coordinate with technicians regarding parts ordering and communicate delays.
• Explain completed work and costs clearly to customers.
• Process payments and maintain service records.
