Job summary

The Donnelly Group in Bangor is seeking a proactive Service & Parts Advisor to join our team. You will coordinate service bookings, advise on parts and manage orders, ensuring smooth day-to-day operation of service and parts areas.

Key duties include supporting customers via phone and face-to-face, scheduling appointments, liaising with technicians, processing sales and payments, and promoting relevant products. A customer-focused mindset and strong organisation are essential.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience in admin, warehouse, stores, or similar environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Confident IT skills and ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, online bookings and face-to-face.
• Schedule service appointments and manage vehicle drop-offs and collections.
• Liaise between customers and technicians regarding vehicle requirements, repair progress and timelines.
• Advise on vehicle parts, providing information on pricing, availability and delivery times.
• Manage parts orders, stock levels and returns, ensuring systems and records are kept up to date.
• Work closely with the Workshop to ensure parts are available for scheduled work and communicate any delays.
• Assist with warranty claims and administration, ensuring all relevant information is accurately recorded and processed in line with manufacturer requirements.
• Promote relevant products and services where appropriate.
• Process sales and payments accurately and maintain strong customer relationships.
