Job summary

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars at Goodwood invites a Placement Year student to join the Private Office as Client Experience. You will support delivery of sales initiatives by coordinating client engagement activities and enhancing the customer experience.

You will assist with planning and executing client and prospect events, ensure seamless organisation, and provide day-to-day operational support to regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of Private Office sales initiatives by coordinating client engagement activities and enhancing the customer experience.
• Assist with the planning and execution of client and prospect events, ensuring seamless organisation and stakeholder communication.
• Provide operational support to regional and local Private Office teams, acting as a key contact for day-to-day activities.
• Manage and maintain client data within Salesforce, supporting campaign updates, reporting, and client management processes.
• Coordinate preparation of client visits and specification sessions, including facility readiness, sample management, and logistics support.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders, agencies, and suppliers while ensuring GDPR compliance and business processes.
• Act as an expert regarding the Commissioning suite client rooms.
• Support the Rolls-Royce Luminary programme and assist with room booking requests, confirmations and movements.
