Job summary

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Goodwood invites an undergraduate to join the Process Management team for a 12-month placement starting July 2027. You will manage master data, support pricing configurator data, and help drive digital transformation across departments while gaining exposure to luxury automotive operations.

You will work on data analysis, stakeholder coordination, and documentation, with opportunities to learn from leadership and contribute to real business improvements.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Business Information Systems, Logistics, IT, or related field (on track for a 2:2 or above).
• Strong Excel and Outlook skills with basic data visualisation (Power BI) knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to work across teams.
• Analytical mindset with ability to analyse data, identify trends, and create useful visuals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee master data and vehicle configurator support inbox.
• Assist with precise pricing and configurator data updates.
• Support digital transformation projects and process improvement.
• Coordinate logistics for team meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
• Conduct data analyses and prepare leadership-ready presentation materials.
• Support dealership networks and internal partners with documentation.
