Finning (UK) Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Service Operations Coordinator to support engineers, manage work orders from creation to closure, and ensure efficient service delivery. The role focuses on accurate data, timely updates, and strong customer communication.

You will collaborate with service teams, customers, and internal systems (Salesforce/SAP) to drive high satisfaction and continuous improvement while upholding Finning values in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilités

• Managing the full lifecycle of work orders, from creation to closure, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Liaising with customers to obtain purchase orders, issue proformas, and keep them informed throughout the service process.
• Supporting engineers and service controllers with documentation, planning, and process adherence.
• Assisting with timesheet entry and ensuring data is accurately recorded in our systems.
• Resolving customer disputes quickly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
