Job summary

Reach Learning Disability Care is seeking a Service Manager in Newark to lead day‑to‑day operations of supported living and community care services. You will manage Team Leaders and Care Support Workers, ensuring high quality, person‑centred support in line with contractual and regulatory requirements.

The role includes on‑call responsibilities, PBS leadership, and regular reviews of care plans and service performance. Flexibility to work early, late, and weekends is required.

• Provide hands‑on care for scheduled duties (approx. 20% weekly).
• Lead PBS practice and monitor its implementation.
• Review care plans, risk assessments, and service performance.
• Coordinate scheduling with the Scheduling Coordinator.
• Carry out regular quality audits and safety checks.
